This contract outlines the terms and conditions for booking and participating in photography sessions at Flushing Family Acres. By booking a session, you agree to the following policies:

GENERAL INFORMATION

• Open to All: We welcome all types of photo shoots, including but not limited to family, boudoir, and professional portraits.
• Photographers: Sessions are open to professional photographers or individuals using personal cell phones.
• Family Sessions: Family photo sessions are limited to one family per booking to ensure an optimal experience for all participants.

PETS

• Private Bookings: Pets are welcome for privately scheduled bookings.
• Public Events: Only trained Service Animals are permitted at public events.
• Requirements:
  • Pets (for private bookings) and service animals must remain on a leash at all times.
  • Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their animals. (Trash can located by the garage.)
  • Indicate during booking if you plan to bring a pet (private bookings only), including how many, using the drop-down menu.

ARRIVAL AND PARKING

• Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes prior to your scheduled session.
• Upon arrival, remain in the parking lot until your appointment time.
• Park only in the designated parking areas.

SAFETY GUIDELINES

• Children: Do not leave children unattended at any time.
• Water Features: No swimming or entering the pond.
• Substance-Free Policy: Smoking and controlled substances are not permitted on the premises.

FACILITIES AND PROPERTY USAGE

• Restrooms, changing rooms, and a warming station are available in the Center Stage building.
• Your booking includes access to all outdoor areas.
• Please return any items to their original location after use.
• Dispose of trash in the designated can near the garage.

BOOKING AND RESCHEDULING POLICIES

• Non-Refundable Bookings: All bookings are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling Policy:
  • Weather-Related: You may reschedule within 48 hours of your original session if weather impacts your booking. Reschedules must remain within the current season.
  • General Reschedules: Contact us directly for rescheduling due to other circumstances. A $10 rescheduling fee will apply for the second reschedule of the same appointment unless weather-related.
• Weather Guidelines:
  • If a weather advisory or rain is expected, we will notify you as early as possible.
  • You may contact us no earlier than 4 hours prior to your session if you are concerned about weather conditions.
  • Rainy days can produce stunning photos with vibrant colors and soft lighting!

PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES

• If you would like to book our in-house photographer, please select this option during booking. Fee: $250.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

• Sessions are limited to one family or group per booking to ensure an optimal experience for all participants.
• Policies are subject to change as we evaluate demand and bookings.
